What it answers

Six questions, answered from the record for your watershed.

01What credit inventory is available now?Released and unsold credits, held separate by credit class — wetlands, stream, species — and unit.
02Which banks hold that inventory, and what remains in their release pipelines?Bank by bank, with released, withdrawn and remaining shown apart.
03How does current inventory compare with the trailing five-year withdrawal rate?An inventory-to-pace ratio, computed per credit class (wetlands, stream, species).
04Which banks outside the watershed have service areas that overlap it?Potential outside supply, tested against every published map.
05What pending banks will add future supply?Applied or in review, with the Corps’ own dates where the record carries them.
06Who has been buying, and how much?Permittees as the ledger names them, with the credits each drew.
Why buy it

Public records. Assembled into a market picture you can act on.

Every figure in the report comes from authoritative federal systems that anyone can query. Producing a coherent watershed view from them means reconciling nine separate things — and knowing where each one is silent.

RegisterBank status: approved, pending, single-client, in-lieu fee
LedgerDated credit withdrawals, with their classifications, units and impact codes

One internally reconciled report

MitiVision turns those fragmented records into answers a decision can rest on — which banks can actually sell to you, how long inventory lasts at the market’s real pace, and who is entering next. Credit availability reconciles exactly to the federal register.

What is included

A market analysis, an audit trail, and simple fulfillment.

Market reading

Sections 01–09
  • Current sellable inventory by credit class — released and unsold, never combined across classes.
  • Inventory-to-pace analysis — current inventory relative to the trailing five-year withdrawal rate.
  • Inside-watershed supply and potential outside supply — counted apart, never added together.
  • Pending entrants — banks applied for or in review, sited here or mapping over the watershed.
  • Recorded demand and permittees — the credits bought against permits here, and who drew them.

Audit trail

Section 10 & appendices A–I
  • Bank-level inventory records, unfiltered — including sold-out banks and the records set aside from the figures, named.
  • Withdrawal detail — dated rows, with the share of the full ledger they represent stated plainly.
  • Pending-bank fields and dates as the Corps published them.
  • Demand rows — withdrawals keyed to the impact watershed recorded in the ledger.
  • Source links — every section identifies its source, and appendices preserve the row-level record.

Who orders it

Four ways this report gets used.

Developers and project teams

Know whether the credits your project needs will be there when you need them — what’s on the shelf in your class, how fast it’s selling, and which banks to call first.

Environmental consultants

Accelerate watershed-level market research and support client recommendations with a source trail linking back to the underlying records.

Mitigation bank operators

See a market’s supply-and-demand dynamics before starting site selection — current inventory, sales pace, pending entrants, and who already operates there.

Investors, lenders and appraisers

Understand where a mitigation bank sits in its competitive landscape — who else sells the same inventory, and what new supply is coming.

Built from the federal record

Authoritative public sources, with an analytical layer on top.

Every source is a federal system anyone can query — no licensed data, no credentials. MitiVision connects them into one picture.

USACE RIBITSBank records, release schedules, withdrawal records with their impact codes, and sponsor records.
EPA RIBITS map servicePublished service-area geometry. The watershed boundary is tested against every map the service returns.
USACE ORMPending-bank action dates, where the public record carries them.
USGS Watershed Boundary DatasetThe HUC-8 boundary that decides what counts as inside the watershed.
Figures are sourced and dated. Every section identifies its source, and appendices preserve the row-level record.
Credit classes and units are kept separate. Wetland and stream figures are never combined into one total or one ratio.
Missing records and coverage limitations are disclosed where they occur, not left for the reader to discover.
Source-level appendices are included, so any figure can be traced to the rows behind it.

Questions

Before you order.

Isn’t this information already public?

Yes. Every source is a public federal system. The report’s value is reconciling those fragmented records into one dated, auditable watershed analysis — bank status, release schedules, withdrawal history, service-area geometry, impact records, pending actions and operator attribution, resolved against a single watershed boundary and documented so you can check it.

How current is the report?

Figures are compiled when the report is prepared, and the compilation date appears on the cover with the source date for the underlying records. Each section states the records it was built from, so a reader can see how current any given figure is.

Does the report confirm that a bank can supply my project?

No. It identifies where each bank is sited and which banks publish service-area maps that overlap the watershed. Project-specific eligibility must be confirmed with the bank and the appropriate Corps district. The report is explicit about this distinction throughout.

Are credit prices included?

No. The report analyzes public records of inventory, releases, withdrawals, service areas, demand and pending supply. It does not provide transaction prices or valuation, and it does not opine on what a credit should cost.

What happens if public records are incomplete?

The report identifies known coverage gaps and states its limitations rather than filling them with estimates. Where the registry attributes no operator, publishes no service area, or exposes only part of a bank’s withdrawal history, that is stated where the figure appears and again in the methodology.

What credit types are covered?

Every credit class found for the watershed is carried. Incompatible classes and units — wetland credits and stream credits, and different assessment methods within a class — are kept separate and never summed into a single figure or ratio.

What do I receive?

A dated PDF with summary analysis, bank-level tables, methodology, stated limitations and source-linked appendices. The public Upper Ocmulgee sample shows the full structure — 32 pages for that watershed, with appendices trimmed. Length varies with how much record a watershed has.

Can I refresh the report later?

Yes — one free re-run within 30 days of delivery. Order now and refresh the numbers before your decision lands; all figures updated as of the re-run date.

What if it's not what I needed?

Full refund within 30 days, no questions.

How soon will I receive it?

Within one business day after the request and payment are confirmed.
