Ten-Year Maintenance Dredging and the Installation of a Bulkhead

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (USACE) has received a permit application, file number NAB-2026-61220-M55, to construct a living shoreline with breakwater extensions. The project/review area is located at the existing Fort Smallwood Park, Rock Creek, Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. (Latitude: 39.1634424, Longitude: -76.4799613).

Real Estate Pursuits 2 LC is requesting a DA permit to construct a data center complex consisting of 13 buildings, four substations, utilities, internal roads, parking, and stormwater ponds. As proposed, the project will impact 1.16 acres of palustrine forested wetlands, 2.57 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands, 0.18 acre of palustrine open waters, 0.38 acre of vegetated ditch, and 1,348 linear feet (5,769 square feet) of intermittent stream. The project/review area is located north of the Rappahannock River, north and south of Route 3, in Stafford County, Virginia; at Latitude 38.253756 and Longitude -77.388112.

This supplemental public notice provides notice of revisions to the proposed beneficial use placement areas and the addition of jetty repairs near the entrance to the Little Wicomico River in Northumberland County, Virginia. Maintenance dredging remains unchanged from the June 22, 2026 public notice and includes removal of approximately 22,700 cubic yards of material from 8.9 acres of the existing federal navigation channel. The beneficial use placement footprint south of the channel jetties has increased from approximately 2.08 to 4.54 acres, while fill below MHW has decreased from approximately 72,500 to 69,336 square feet. The proposal also adds repair of approximately 300 linear feet of the existing jetty using riprap to raise the crest from approximately +2.5 to +4.0 feet MLW. The project purpose remains unchanged.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (USACE) has received a permit application, file number NAB-2025-61305-M07, to provide erosion protection and improve recreation by constructing a shoreline stabilization project. The project/review area is located at the Westport Waterfront Park near 2033 Kloman Street, Baltimore City, Maryland (Latitude: 39.2640, Longitude: -76.6294).

The Sponsor is proposing to restore areas which are currently in agricultural production and preserve and enhance ditched forested wetlands. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 35.19 wetland credits.

The sponsor, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, proposes to establish the Westpark Wetland Mitigation Bank as a single-user bank to offset its non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. All work is to occur in Loudoun County, Virginia. It is a single-user bank, with proposed credits only for Loudoun County's use and with a geographic service area limited only to Loudoun County.

The sponsor, Naturion, has proposed a mitigation bank (pursuant to regulations at 33 CFR 332) in Jefferson Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Work involves restoration and enhancement of streams and wetlands. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide offset for future impacts to resources regulated under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers & Harbor Act, and Chapter 105 under Title 25 of Pennsylvania Code. The Sponsor is proposing wetland restoration, enhancement and preservation activities as well as buffer restoration and preservation on a 114-acre portion of the property. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 39.51 non-tidal wetland credits for the purpose of providing off-site compensatory mitigation for unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. associated with DA permits within the proposed Geographic Service Area (GSA).
