The applicant is requesting a DA permit to construct Section 2 of the Interstate 69 (I-69) Bridge Project over the Ohio River between Henderson, KY and Evansville, IN. The road and bridge would carry the newly completed Section 1 and Section 3 roadway of I-69 traffic across the Ohio River between the two cities and provide a new, four-lane I-69 bridge approximately 7,600 feet long over the Ohio River and its associated floodway at Ohio River mile 792.5. Specifically, to support this project, the applicant proposes the permanent discharge of fill material into 9.09 acres of wetlands, 1,216.0 linear feet (0.34 acre) of streams and 100 linear feet (0.99 acres) of the Ohio River to construct the remaining I-69 roadway, the permanent bridge piers, support structures, and approach embankments. The Ballys Chicago Casino development is proposing to install floating boat docks along 1,370 linear feet of the existing riverwall along the west bank of the North Branch Chicago River. The purpose of the floating docks is to allow for temporary docking of tour boats to drop-off and pick up casino patrons and to allow for temporary docking of private vessels while patrons visit the casino/hotel. The applicant is also proposing to install floating wetlands around the former Erie Street bridge abutment along the west bank of the North Branch Chicago River and between the existing riverwall and proposed floating docks.

The applicant is requesting a DA permit to discharge permanent fill material into waters of the United States (WOTUS) to construct a mixed residential use development comprised of 52 single family homes, 11 two-story, two-unit duplexes, driveways, roadways, utilities and stormwater infrastructure. The project will require permanent fill placed in a total of 1.09 acres of federally jurisdictional wetlands (Wetland 1 [PFO] 0.15 acre; Wetland 2/13 [PSS] 0.28 acre and Wetland 3 [PEM] 0.66 acre).

Tilted Gate LLC is requesting a DA permit to permanently discharge dredged and/or fill material into 3.12 acres of one (1) wetland (Wetland P) including 2.05 acres of forested wetland and 1.07 acres of emergent wetland and perform work in, on, over, or under the Ohio River in conjunction with the Project Dazzler. The proposed project would include the construction of 1.7 million square feet of data center building space, office/support buildings, paved access roads, stormwater facilities, electrical substation, secure entrance features, and associated infrastructure.

The applicant is requesting a DA permit to extend Third Coast Parkway and create an additional intersection with Millsdale Road west of the existing intersection of the two roads. This would include construction of a bridge which extends Third Coast Parkway over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. The proposed road would be part of a closed loop truck network that is intended to predominantly carry semi-truck freight traffic from the Third Coast Intermodal Hub Logistics Campus west to existing railroad terminals and the Houbolt Road Bridge.
